1. Return Window & Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement, provided it has not been shipped.
- For non-customized, unused, and unopened items in their original condition (with tags and packaging intact), returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
2. Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused, not worn, altered, or washed.
- All original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Products must match what was originally shipped.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized goods.
- Used products with wear and tear.
- Clearance, final-sale, hazardous, or regulated items unless defective.
4. Return Shipping
- For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return shipping is free if the item is defective or incorrectly described.
5. Defective, Damaged, or Misdescribed Goods
- Under Section 2 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you may return goods that are defective, damaged, or not as described, within a reasonable period—we accept such returns up to 5 days post-delivery
- Upon inspection confirming fault, you may choose:
- Replacement, or
- Full refund to the original payment method.
- We also may offer to repair, in accordance with your preference.
6. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refund processing begins within 5 business days.
- Refund will be made to the original payment method and should appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Grievance Redressal
- A member of the organisationis assigned for handling returns and complaints as per E‑Commerce Rules:
- Acknowledgement within 48 hours.
- Resolution attempt within 30 days

✅ How to Return
- Email our Grievance Officer within the return period with your order number, reason, and attach photos if the item is defective.
- Once approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item (with packaging and paperwork). A tracking number is appreciated.
- Upon receipt and approval of the item, we’ll issue your refund or replacement within 3 business days.
